For more than 60 years, our mission at Kaiser Permanente has been to improve the health of our members and the communities we serve by delivering outstanding quality care and personalized service. We take pride in offering the type of care that we want for ourselves and our family members. With today’s technology, we are able to make it easier and more convenient than ever to access the health care services and information you need to get healthy, stay healthy and thrive. Kaiser Permanente’s websites make it possible to get prescription refills, schedule appointments, email your doctor, and learn your latest test results online. You can also use our website to find health education classes, learn more information about your medical condition, get directions to our hospitals and medical offices, and read the latest news about what Kaiser Permanente is doing to promote health and wellness in the community.
Kaiser Permanente is working to bring our health care services closer to where you live and work. In October we opened the Lincoln Medical Offices, our first facility in that community. We are building a 174-bed Women and Children’s Center on our Roseville Medical Center campus, which will be the largest birthing center in the area when it opens in January 2009 [Click Here For More Info]. We also plan to expand our Emergency Room on the Roseville campus and to build another medical office building there.
We consider it an honor and privilege to serve you and our communities. We continually work to improve our care and service. We invite you to provide feedback on your care experience at Kaiser Permanente. May you live well, be well, and thrive.
Sincerely,
